Sunita Kumar

Victoria-BartleySunita is a senior professional with a decade of broad experience across brand management, digital marketing, and management consulting. She has deep expertise leading global multi-stakeholder projects across marketing and emerging media. Sunita currently runs a marketing consulting practice advising clients in the private sector on customer acquisition and digital marketing programs.

Prior to her current position, Sunita was the Director of Digital Brand Marketing at a consumer goods start-up. She has also held senior marketing positions at Digitas, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on issues related to branded content and online acquisition, as well as L’Oreal, where she managed global product launches and a $100M business. Early in her career, Sunita was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

Sunita’s coaching and people development experience spans over 10 years across several geographies. She has mentored numerous individuals and led development programs within schools and organizations. She has helped candidates with diverse backgrounds successfully gain admission to top tier MBA programs, Ivy League and other highly ranked colleges, coveted CPG companies, and the large management consulting firms.

Sunita holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate strategy from the University of Michigan School Ross School of Business and a B.S.E (cum laude) from Cornell University’s School of Engineering. She has lived and worked in the U.S, Europe, and Africa, and brings a global set of experiences.
